Refund Policy

We do not offer returns on any products once they are sold.

However, we do provide an exchange only in the rare case of damaged items.

Every product goes through multiple quality checks (up to 10 times) before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because of this, damages are extremely uncommon.

Exchange Conditions
    •    Exchanges are applicable only if the product is received damaged
    •    The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
    •    An unboxing video is mandatory for verification
    •    The product must be unused and in original packaging

If the damage is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
